What is the return policy?
As each item is custom-made, returns are not accepted once the design has been approved and production has started. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Do I need to approve the design before it’s printed?
Yes and no - if you would like to preview your drawing before production, you must let us know when placing your order. If a preview is requested and we do not receive a response within 2 days, we will proceed with production to avoid delays.
When will I get my order?
Your artwork is typically created within 2–3 business days, followed by 1–2 business days for production. Shipping then takes approximately 3–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 7–10 business days in total.
Can you combine multiple photos or include more than two people?
Yes - we can mix photos together if needed, as long as the images are clear and suitable for drawing. For more than two people, the design may be scaled smaller to fit the product, so we recommend contacting us first to discuss the best approach.
Can you include pets or special objects in the artwork?
Yes - we can include pets or meaningful objects such as flowers, cars, or personal items, as long as they are clearly visible in the photo. If you’re unsure whether your image will work, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
